At OZZ Peptides, we’re all about keeping things easy, clear and customer-friendly. Every order is carefully checked before it heads out the door, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly.

Changed your mind? No worries — but because of the nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

📦 SOMETHING ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG?

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send us:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of what went wrong

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll work out the best solution. This may include a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

🧪 QUALITY ISSUE?

Think there may be a manufacturing or product quality issue? Get in touch with us as soon as possible.

We’ll review each case individually and may ask for extra information so we can properly investigate what happened.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits those rights.

✅ APPROVED RETURNS

If we approve a return:

  • Products should remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging unless the return relates to a confirmed fault

  • Items must be packed securely for return shipping

  • Proof of purchase is required

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

If we made the mistake — for example, the wrong or defective product was sent — OZZ Peptides will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

⏱️ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Contact us as quickly as possible.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under this Returns Policy.
